These factors are essential for accurately determining the correct pipe diameter and thickness. Additionally, assessing the fluid's type is crucial for selecting the appropriate material, such as Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Titanium, Fiberglass or PEAD.

Piping Stress Calculation

To perform our pipe stress calculations, we analyze the forces exerted by the piping on supports and equipment, as well as the movements resulting from expansion or contraction. Our work is focused on designing the piping geometry to ensure it has sufficient flexibility so that the stresses on equipment and supports remain within acceptable limits and the stress ratio is appropriate.

All our piping calculation services are based on the most demanding specifications such as ASME or EN. Some of the specifications we base our calculations on are ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, and EN 13480.
